At about 1720 mountain time, a Schweizer SGS 2-32 struck a man on a bicycle while landing on runway 23L at Pleasant Valley Airport. The pilot and passenger were not injured, but the man on the bicycle sustained serious injuries. The pilot told a sheriff’s deputy that he was blinded by sun glare when he turned from base to final and did not see the person on the runway....
