At 1402 Central time, the airplane was destroyed on impact with powerlines and terrain during a forced landing. The instrument-rated private pilot and the four passengers were fatally injured. Visual conditions prevailed. Winds at the time were variable from 150 degrees to 210 degrees, with gusts to at least 25 knots.
