October 6, 2009, Aurora, Texas, Beech 100

At approximately 1450 Central time, the airplane was substantially damaged upon impact with terrain following a dual loss of engine power. The commercial pilot and three passengers were seriously injured. Visual conditions prevailed. According to a witness, the airplane’s engines were making a "popping" sound during the descent.
