February 18, 2010, Carthage, N.C., Cessna P210N Pressurized Centurion

At about 1500 Eastern time, the airplane was substantially damaged during a forced landing after a total loss of engine power. Power was lost during the initial climb after takeoff. The private pilot sustained minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed.
