May 17, 2010, Spring Branch, Texas, Cessna P206B

The airplane was substantially damaged at approximately 1853 Central time upon impact with terrain. The private pilot and passenger sustained minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed. The pilot and passenger were performing a post-maintenance test flight and were returning to the airfield. While descending through 2500 feet msl, the airplane’s engine abruptly lost all power.
