December 18, 2010, Crowley, La., Cessna 182C

At approximately 1430 Central time, the airplane crashed shortly after takeoff for a skydiving flight. A post-impact fire ensued. Visual conditions prevailed. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. Two additional passengers were seriously injured.
