At 1159 Mountain time, the airplane impacted terrain following a missed approach. The commercial pilot and one passenger were fatally injured. Instrument conditions prevailed. After being vectored for an ILS approach, the pilot reported going missed approach at 1158:27; the airplane disappeared from radar about 1159. The wreckage was located about .1 mile south of the runway’s approach end and about 400 feet east of the runway centerline.
