January 11, 2013, Brandon, Fla., Cessna T182 Turbo Skylane

The airplane experienced a total loss of engine power during climb to cruise altitude, and the pilot made a forced landing in a field at about 1550 Eastern time. The commercial pilot and the passenger were not injured. The airplane sustained substantial damage to the right wing. Visual conditions prevailed.
