At approximately 12:55 MST, a Cessna 310L crashed shortly after takeoff from Angel Fire Airport. The pilot and his five passengers were not injured. The pilot reported that he had the fuel tanks topped off and had the five passengers board. He departed on runway 35, raised the landing gear, and then lowered the landing gear to perform a forced landing. The airplane, which was not turbocharged, struck several fence posts and then terrain. The approximate density altitude was 9,825 feet.
