The airplane sustained substantial damage at approximately 0940 Eastern time when it impacted terrain during landing. The captain, first officer and two passengers sustained minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed for the fractional ownership flight.

According to preliminary ATC records, the flight crew declared an emergency due to a reported problem with the left engine, and the flight diverted. During the landing roll, it veered to the right, departed the runway surface, flipped over and came to rest inverted. The four occupants exited the airplane with the assistance of airport rescue personnel.
