At about 10:30 PDT, a Cessna 150H overran the runway while returning to land at Lopez Island Airport. The pilot was uninjured. The pilot said he took off and encountered IMC about 200 feet agl. He turned back to the airport and proceeded to land, but the airplane touched down approximately 2,600 feet down the 2,900-foot runway. The aircraft traveled off the departure end of the runway and collided with a fence.
