At about 1255 Eastern time, the airplane experienced a power loss on its No. 2 engine while climbing through FL350. Visual conditions prevailed for the Part 135 on-demand passenger flight. The airline transport pilot, co-pilot, cabin service representative and two passengers reported no injuries.

While passing through FL350, the crew heard a sound similar to a compressor stall, followed by a loss of power on the right engine. The cabin service representative informed the crew the No. 4 outer window pane on the right side of the airplane had separated. The flight crew assumed the window pane had been ingested by the right engine. The crew made a visual approach to the airplanes departure point, landing at 1318, and taxied to the ramp without further incident.
