At approximately 1030 Central time, the airplane was substantially damaged during a forced landing following the loss of power on both engines shortly after takeoff. The solo commercial pilot received minor injuries. Visual conditions prevailed.

The pilot later reported the right engine stopped producing power at about 300 feet agl following takeoff. As the pilot reached up to feather the right engine, the left engine quit. The pilot then conducted a forced landing just south of the airport.
